Hello! As a holistic entrepreneur, intuitive life coach, life design advocate and wild boy mom, I'm the sparkle behind Adventures in Wonderlust. I’ve been in the professional wellness world for over two decades, however, it’s fair to say my life was founded around mindful, healthy, creative and intentional living from the very beginning.
Born and raised on the rugged Big Sur coast of California, I spent my formative years privileged to be a part of community at the Esalen Institute, a well-known center for human potential and transformation. As I grew, I lived and breathed concepts of personal and spiritual discovery, connection to land and nature, conscious relating, holistic health, and continuous self-reflection.
It was a natural unfolding as an adult to immerse in the healing arts as a massage therapist and yoga instructor, to incorporate mindfulness and somatic awareness into my practice, and to lean in as an intuitive life and wellness coach, a writer, artist and community builder.
When I reflect on almost half a century of life, I'm reminded each day, how much our precious lives matter and how important our values are in defining our lived experience. I feel deeply committed to community and collaboration, to creativity in action, to big, bold, dreams and to living a life that feels inspired from the inside out.
